Why Buy Alpaca Products?

Supporting local alpaca farmers keeps the need for alpaca fiber strong. Ideal for people, who are sensitive to other fibers, alpaca fiber is warm, hypoallergenic, lightweight, and contains no lanolin.
Knitters, spinners, weavers and crochet enthusiasts will find our alpaca fiber comes in 22 natural colors, is easy to process and blends well with other types of fibers.  Alpaca fiber is 3 times warmer and 10 times softer than wool.

About Us

We are a small family farm with over 30 alpacas, 1 llama, 6 Great White Pyrenees livestock guard dogs, ducks and lots of chickens. We teach people how to care for alpacas and how to turn their amazing fiber into yarn and finished products.
Classes are offered in all types of fiber arts. We also sponsor the Pine Belt Fiber Artists and Producers group which meet the third Saturday of each month at 11:30.
Farm fresh, non-GMO eggs are also available for $3 per dozen.
